Portugal : a second wave of confinement from tomorrow

In order to curb the spread of the coronavirus pandemic in Portugal, the country launches a second wave from this Friday January 15. The figures of the new cases are increasing lately.

During this second wave of confinement, schools as well as churches, courts will remain open, indicates the Portuguese Head of government Antonio Costa at the end of the council of Ministers. However, the non-essential businesses as Cafe and Restaurants remain closed.

The country of 10 million inhabitants reachs this Wednesday, news cases with 156 dead and 10 556 detected cases in one day.
