Ghana: a lifeless baby found in a box

A lifeless newborn baby has been discovered inside a box near a gutter at the dumping site close to the Tesano Cluster of Schools by pupils from the school in Accra, Ghana.

The police have been informed by one of the boys that there was a baby here.

“We investigated and realized the baby was not crying and found out that it was lifeless,” police said.

“An eyewitness expressed deep concern over the incident,” reports said.

“The box containing the baby had the name Linda written on it,” according to an eyewitness.

“The police promptly visited the scene and took possession of the baby,” reports said.
