In fact, the investigations have enabled the judicial authorities to arrest a number of officials from the treasury, the budget and other public structures.
According to the Burkinabe newspaper L’Economiste du Faso in its issue 499 of Monday September 25, 2023, a number of officials from certain Burkinabe financial departments have been arrested and referred to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Fada N’Gourma High Court.
