The Nigerian businessman, Sani Dangote, brother and business deputy to Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, has died on Sunday, the Dangote Group has announced.
The cause of his death has not been mentioned but local media report he died in the US after a long period of sickness.
In a social media post, the Dangote Group called Sani Dangote’s death a “painful exit” and commended his soul to God:
