Kabylia wildfires death toll is increasing, 69 dead

Wildfires in Algerian Kabylia region continue wreaking havoc. While all around the world, calls are launched to come in aid to the populationeath toll is increasing.

It is a hard situation that Algeria is going through. While authorities are struggling to find out solutions to wildfires the death toll is still increasing.

At least 69 people are known to have died, including 28 soldiers.

All around the world, calls for assistance are launched. In Algiers, fundraising is organized to support the victims. Donations are still being collected.

French president promised 2 canadairs and a command plane.

Moroccan King also said he is ready to provide any assistance to Algerian population.
