Wildfires in Algeria: fundraising is organized to support the victims (video)

While wildfires continue wreaking havoc in Algeria, appeals for international help multiply on social media. In order to come to the aid of households hard hit by fires, offers of material and medical assistance have increased in recent hours.

Donations are still being collected in Algiers, the capital, as shown by a journalist from France 24 (video below).

The death toll continue to rise.

At least 65 are dead including 28 soldiers according to the latest figures published by Algerian national television.
