Covid-19: Madagascar sets up a toll-free number for psychological care

A toll-free number has been set up since October 2020 by the National Order of Psychologists of the country in partnership with some international Non Governmental Organizations to provide free emergency psychological support to people traumatized by the Covid-19 pandemic.

On the 902, people in a state of trauma have the opportunity to confide in professionals from 9a.m. to 6p.m. Monday to Friday. The care team makes itself available to the families of the sick, cured patients, hospitalized and bereaved families.
