Ghana: a man found dead in a strange state

The decomposing body of a man was discovered in his bedroom in strange circumstances in the Assin South district of Ghana.

Residents of Assin Andoe in the Assin South District were thrown into shock after the decomposing body was found inhis room.

According to former Assembly Member for the area, Foster Oteng Appaw, the incident came to light after neighbours reported a foul stench emanating from the room.

Upon closer inspection, they noticed flies swarming around the premises and decided to forcibly open the door, only to find the lifeless body inside.

Meanwhile, efforts are being made to locate any relatives or family members of the deceased.

Police have launched an investigation to uncover the circumstances surrounding his death.
