Woman orders console controller, finds cobra in package (video)

A woman who ordered an Xbox console controller on Amazon found a cobra in her package when she opened it at her home in Bangalore, reports the media India Today and 20 Minutes.

In a video posted on X account (formerly Twitter) by the customer, we see the little snake struggling while stuck to adhesive tape surrounding the package.

“I ordered an Xbox controller from Amazon and received a free snake with it,” she quips in the message that accompanies the publication.

In a shocking incident, a family on Sarjapur Road received a live Spectacled Cobra (venomous snake) with their Amazon order for an Xbox controller.

In response to the customer’s message, the company’s customer service department apologized and expressed its desire to see the incident “investigated.”
