Togo: PM Victoire Tomegah-Dogbé has resigned

On Tuesday May 21, 2024, Prime Minister of Togo Victoire Sidemeho Tomegah-Dogbé presented her resignation and that of her entire government to the President of the Republic, Faure Gnassingbé, who accepted it.

This decision, in line with republican custom, marks a significant turning point in Togo’s political life.

The President of the Republic expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister and the members of the government for their commitment and the quality of the work accomplished during their mandate.
