Headaches can be triggered by external factors such as excessive light, noise, strong odors, dehydration or muscle tension. It is important to identify the underlying cause of headaches so that they can be treated effectively.

To relieve headaches, it is recommended to rest in a quiet, dark place, drink enough water to stay well hydrated, and avoid possible triggers such as stress and foods that can make the pain worse. Over-the-counter painkillers such as paracetamol can also be used to relieve pain, but it is important not to overuse them.

If headaches are frequent, intense, or accompanied by other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, vision problems, or dizziness, it is recommended to consult a doctor for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. In some cases, prescription medications or other treatment options may be necessary to effectively manage recurring headaches.
