Nigeria: couple found dead in a car boot

Gunmen killed a couple and threw their bodies into the boot of their vehicle at Tempo junction, on the Umunya axis of the Enugu-Onitsha highway, Nigeria.

“The two fresh blood-dripping corpses were seen by passers-by,” according to reports.

“The blood dripping from beneath the vehicle boot showed the deceased may have been freshly murdered,” reports added.

The two lifeless bodies have been deposited in a mortuary, while investigations have commenced to unravel the circumstances surrounding their deaths.
