France: Gabriel Attal becomes Prime Minister

President Emmanuel Macron has announced Gabriel Attal as Prime Minister following the resignation of Elisabeth Borne on January 8, 2024 in France.

Gabriel Attal, former Minister of National Education, has been entrusted with the onerous task of breathing new life into Emmanuel Macron’s second five-year term.
