An elderly woman has been found dead after being accused of witchcraft in the community of Sagban, in the Yonyoo district of Ghana’s northeast region, according to reports.
There are reports of tension over the death of a woman in the community.
According to reports, “the woman was strangled to death in her sleep.”
“People went into her room, tied a rope around her neck and strangled her till she died,” it stated.
The family of the woman is demanding to know the killers.
