Gunmen shot dead an auto technician as he chatted with a woman in his car in Diobu Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, according to reports.
“The mechanic and his female company were still in the vehicle, about three gunmen arrived at the scene, shot him in the head and fled,” according to eyewitness.
“The mechanic was in a red Golf 3 car at Abakiliki by Nanka at about 9 pm when the assailants attacked him,” according to reports.
Before the gunmen fled, one of them returned to the scene to confirm if the mechanic was dead, as the victim sprawled in the car in a pool of his own blood.
“More details ofthe incident is yet to hear,” the the Rivers State Police Command, Grace Iringe-Koko, said.
