An American woman filed a complaint against McDonald’s last week after suffering “serious burns” in a San Francisco restaurant, CNN reported this Thursday.
She said she spilled a cup of coffee on herself with the lid loose.
According to the prosecution, the woman suffered “physical pain, emotional distress and other harm.”
She claims the restaurant’s negligence was a “substantial factor” in her injuries and that employees “refused” to help her.
