Volunteers Hamdi Belaid, Khaled Adwal and Abadi Al-Kharm died while helping some residents of Derna town trapped by floods, said Jagan Chapagain, IFRC secretary general.

“I express our profound sadness and send my deepest condolences to their families and our colleagues at the Libyan Red Crescent,” he said.
