The Rivers State Police Command has arrested a middle-aged man for stabbing his landlord in Rumuiprikon, Obio Local Government Area of the state, Nigeria.
“The landlord had gone to rescue the suspect’s wife from him when she was being manhandled,” reports said.
“The suspect tried to drag the wife to go inside with him as the landlord refused that his wife to sleep in the house to avoid further attacks by her husband,” according to the landlord’s wife.
“The man now came to attack my husband in the process of coming to check if his wife was in our house, but she was not there,” she added.
“The landlord is receiving medical attention in the hospital and the suspect has been arrested,” reports said.
Investigation is still ongoing.
