Dog chases man to death in Kwara State

A man has met his untimely death while running away from a dog in Ilorin, Kwara State capital, Nigeria, according to report.

“The dog, a German shepherd, got loose and chased the deceased who hit his chest on an electric pole died of internal bleeding,” according to an eyewitness

He was the breadwinner of the family.

“The police are involved in the matter, however, the incident has been confirmed,” according to the state Police Public Relaitio, SP Ajayi Okasanmi.

The owner of the dog has been arrrested and the matter is being investigated.
