Two people died prematurely after being electrocuted at Twifo Eduabeng, in the Twifo Atti-Morkwa district, in the Central Region of Ghana.
“One of the deceased hung his clothes from a drying wire that was connected to a live electrical wire in the house and electrocuted himself when he fell to the floor,” the reports said.
Her neighbour had rushed out of her room to offer, upon touching her she also instantly got electrocuted.
“We have no idea who connected electricity through the drying line,” according to tenants.
The bodies of the two neighbours have been deposited at the Twifo Praso government District mortuary for preservation.
The Twifo Atti-morkwa District Police Command has begun investigations into the matter.
