Body of a woman found in a building in Gomoa

The decomposing body of a woman was discovered in an unfinished building in the Gomoa East District, in the Central Region of Ghana.

“She was found after we traced a bad odor disturbing the community to the building,” according to eyewitnesses.

She was discovered lying in a supine position in the uncompleted toilet cubicle.

A rope was found around the deceased’s neck, leading to suspicion of murder or suicide.

She was described as a fair, tall and thick woman donning a black top and African print wrapper.
