Four students of Eleyele Secondary School have been arrested for raping and defiling a 16-year-old schoolmate who was mentally unstable in Ibadan, Nigeria, according to reports.
“The police charged the minors with conspiracy and unlawful sexual intercourse,” reports said.
“The students conspired to commit the offense,”according to Inspector Folake Ewe,
“The minors, between January and March 15, 2023, defiled a 16-year-old female student who was mentally challenged,” the Inspector said.
The offense contravened the provisions of Section 516 of the Criminal Code and Section 34 of the Oyo State Child Rights Law 2006.
