US President Joe Biden, who plans to run for a second term, will meet wealthy Democratic Party supporters at two fundraising events next week.
The octogenarian leader will be in New York next Tuesday, then in Philadelphia on Friday, meeting wealthy supporters to fill his party’s coffers.
Joe Biden has so far said he “intends to run” for president in 2024, and has promised to make his decision public at the start of the year.
Political experts are predicting a possible announcement after his State of the Union address, a traditional general policy speech by presidents given to parliamentarians, and scheduled for February 7.
