Ghana: man shot friend after mistaking him for animal

A palm wine shooter, shot by his friend who mistook him for an animal, is currently fighting for his life at the Assin Praso Presbyterian Hospital in Ghana.

His friend mistook him for a deer while looking for an animal and opened fire on him.

The suspect and the victim have been friends for the past 20 years, according to Adom News.

The suspect is currently in police custody.

Investigation is opened to unravel facts before prosecution.
