20-year-old lady found dead in her 40-year-old lover’s bedroom

A 40-year-old Ghanaian farmer is in custody after his girlfriend identified as Aboagyewaa, 20, was found dead in his bedroom.

Aboagyewaa is said to have traveled from Assin Brasiako in the northern Assin district of the central region to lodge with her boyfriend.

She was found dead the next morning with the cause of death not known.

The suspect after realizing the unfortunate incident fled to seek help from his friend to escape to his hometown.

He was later handed over to the Assin Fosu Police command after a report made by his friend.

An investigation has been launched into the incident.
