World Cup 2022: Qatar’s conditions for access to housing

The head of the Qatar 2022 World Cup Supreme Organizing Committee, Yasir Al-Jamal said everyone will find accommodation in Qatar, during the competition scheduled from November 20 to December 18, 2022.

In a statement, he said he was “100% sure” that everyone would find a place to live in Qatar during the competition.

The emirate decided to authorize each holder of tickets to come accompanied by a maximum of three people from their entourage, even without tickets.

Qatar expects about 1.2 million visitors during the tournament.

Remember that as part of the organization of the World Cup, Qatar embarked on a colossal project for the modernization, construction and greening of the otherwise dusty capital, Doha, 10 years ago.

The total cost would have exceeded $229 billion.
