Ugandan President’s special message to William Ruto after his election

Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has sent a special message to Kenyan Vice President, William Ruto, after his election as leader of the East African country.

Vice President William Ruto won the presidential election with 50.49% of the vote after defeating the eternal opponent Raila Odinga.

President Museveni on Twitter, congratulated Mr Ruto’s election as the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya.
