In a new video, they threatened to kidnap and kill President Muhammadu Buhari and Kaduna State Governor Mallam Nasir El-Rufai.
“This is our message to the government of Nigeria and just as you have seen these people here, by the grace of God you will see your leaders; your senators and governors will come before us. Those you see here, we will keep some as slaves and sell them as our Imam told you in the past. Just like the Chibok girls who were sold, we will also sell these as slaves. If you don’t meet our requirements, we’ll kill the ones we don’t need and sell the rest. By the grace of God, El-Rufai, Buhari, we will bring you here,” the Hausa message read.
