DR Congo: Catholic Church wants to unite political class

Catholic Church in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has taken the initiative to organize a forum to unite Katangese political leaders, who have been at odds for several years.

These meetings aim to restore peace within the Katangese political class and above all to remind that the development of this region of the DRC remains a priority.

The discussions take place at the pastoral center of the archdiocese of Lubumbashi.

These disputes within the political class have repercussions on the communities of the region.
