The plane carrying ebola vaccines finally landed in Guinea

A special plane carrying a consignment of Ebola vaccine landed in Guinea on Monday night.

The vaccination roll-out which was to begin on Monday has been postponed due to bad weather conditions.

In fact, a dust storm in the Sahara on Sunday had forced the aircraft off course and diverted it to Senegal, delaying vaccine rollout by a day.

The vaccination campaign will then begin on Tuesday in the Guinean capital, Conakry.
