Wizkid states clearly that he is not a big fan of trophies

The Nigerian music star Wizkid has just given his viewpoint about the awards in the musical domain. “I am not fan of trophies, even my supporters know it”, has he said during a recent interview with the Kenyane Miss, Naomi Campbell.

For Starboy, “obtaining awards do not define success or greatness”. He finds that “it is just a reward given to a laureate during a show organized by a company.”

Clearly, “it is just an object which do not necessarily reflect what you accomplish in terms of music.”
