Health: why should we make orange a daily ally?

We use orange every day but many minimize its intake in health of the consumer. From market stalls to the table this fruit is more than optional.

Whether for health or cooking, orange can be of a significant contribution in everyday life.

Healthy ally

Oranges have a significant amount of virtue. Rich in vitamin c, it participates in keeping healthy. The vitamin C contained in oranges stimulates and strengthens the defenses of our organism by participating in the assimilation of iron, so the body stays fit.


Also rich in vitamin B9 (folic acid), orange helps reduce cardiovascular risks, and studies proved that consuming 750ml of orange juice per day increases the level of “good cholesterol” in our organism.

Its regular consumption would also have a role in the prevention of cancer. Orange is also rich in potassium, assimilable calcium and magnesium, which promotes bone consolidation and prevents, among other things, osteoporosis.

The soluble fibers present in the orange gently stimulate digestion, and reduce digestive disorders.
