WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram soon all in one click

Meta has just announced that WhatsApp will be integrated into the Account Center, to enable content to be shared on the group’s other platforms such as Instagram or Facebook.

With a simple click, users can now choose to share their WhatsApp statuses (photos, videos or ephemeral texts) on their Instagram stories or Facebook profile.

Thanks to the Single Sign In feature, you’ll be able to connect to all Meta platforms with a single account.

This new feature will be rolled out gradually, and will be particularly useful for those who want to avoid publishing the same content several times.

The American group also specifies that this interconnection will be totally optional, and will be deactivated by default.

Meta points out that confidentiality will always be guaranteed with end-to-end encryption, even if the sharing function is activated.
