A 35-year-old man has been arrested foor fatally stabbing his girlfriend’s elder brother over a borrowed phone in the Ogun State, Nigeria.
The suspect has been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command after the incident has been reported.
According to reports,“the suspect stabbed his lover’s elder brother with bottles during an altercation which arose as a result of the phone the victim borrowed from the suspect.”
During the argument, the suspect, armed with a bottle, stabbed her brother in the neck, causing severe injuries and profuse bleeding.
The victim has been rushed to a hospital in Agbado for medical treatment.
The suspect has been apprehended and is currently under interrogation at the station. Further updates will be provided as the situation unfolds.
