On April 28, King Mohammed VI granted an audience to diplomats from the three countries of the Alliance of Sahel States, as part of the Kingdom’s relations with Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger.
The diplomatic climate between these three countries and Morocco has always been marked by sincere friendship, mutual respect, solidarity and fruitful cooperation.
Before His Majesty the King, Minister Karamoko Jean Marie Traore, Minister Abdoulaye Diop and Minister Bakary Yaou Sangare represented Burkina, Mali and Niger respectively.
They conveyed to the King the gratitude of their heads of state for the constant interest shown in the Sahel region through royal actions and initiatives in favor of the economic and social development of the countries in the region.
