Pan-African banking group Ecobank today (Monday March 24) appointed Estelle Fafa Akue Komlan and Salamata Diallo as Managing Director of Ecobank Togo and Managing Director of its subsidiary in Liberia respectively.
These two women of impact will take up their positions on April 7.
“These management appointments not only reinforce our commitment to advancing gender equality by promoting more women to leadership positions, but also strengthen our commitment to our strategy (…),” said Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) in a social media post.
The new Managing Director of Ecobank Togo is a graduate of HEC Montréal and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Canada). She was formerly Director of Corporate Sales at Orabank Togo, in charge of key accounts and cash management.
With over 20 years professional experience, Salamata Diallo was previously Head of Corporate and Investment Banking at Ecobank Guinea, and has held management positions in Gambia, Ghana and Ivory Coast.
