Man inflicts cutlass wounds on trader

A 50-year-old cloth seller is in critical condition after his customer inflicted cutlass wounds on him at Agona Asafo in the Agona East District of the Central Region, Ghana.

The suspect has been identified as a 35-year-old man.

The victim is currently receiving treatment at Agona Swedru government Hospital.

“The suspect bought a cloth a few days ago but brought it back to change it but the victim was away and met his wife,” according to Adom News.

However, went to confront the suspect after his wife informed him, resulting in a heated exchange.

Through the intervention of some neighbours, calm was restored and they believed the matter had been settled.

But the suspect later went to the victim’s house to attack him and inflicted multiple wounds on him.

The suspect fled after committing the crime.
