Four people have been arrested by the Ghana Police Service following a shooting incident at the Iron City offices in the Awutu Senya East constituency, Kasoa, in the Central Region of Ghana.
“The incident resulted in the death of one person and left another injured,” according to reports.
The four suspects were taken into custody following the incident.
Authorities recovered an AK-47 rifle loaded with 69 rounds of ammunition from the suspects.
The injured victim is currently receiving medical treatment, while the body of the deceased has been sent to the morgue for preservation and autopsy.
The suspects remain in police custody as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding the violent attack.
