45 people have been killed and 179 wounded in Israeli attacks on Lebanon over the past 24 hours, the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported on Thursday.
These new casualties bring the total number of victims on the Lebanese side to 2,412 dead and 11,267 wounded since the start of hostilities between Hezbollah and Israel on October 8, 2023, the day after Operation Deluge of Al Aqsa, according to a Ministry of Health.
Since September 23, Tel Aviv has been carrying out deadly strikes of unprecedented intensity on the capital Beirut, as well as a ground incursion into southern Lebanon, paying scant heed to international warnings and UN resolutions.
“The Israeli aggression caused the forced displacement of 1,340,000 people, including more than 400,000 children,” reports said.
