Cristiano Ronaldo’s former team-mate has announced the return of Togolese star Emmanuel Sheyi Adebayoor after years of retirement.
To round off his brilliant career in the best possible way, Adebayor is organizing a jubilee from October 25 to 27, 2024, to which he has invited some of the biggest names in soccer, including Thierry Henry, Samuel Eto’o and Didier Drogba, as well as Adebayor’s idols Kanu and Jay Jay Okocha.
A soccer match will also be organized at the Stade de Kégué to mark the end of the Togolese legend’s career.
At the age of 40, the Togolese star will once again take on the players of his generation in a reunion match that is sure to draw large crowds.
“This will be my last match at the Stade de Kégué”, declared Adebayor in the video announcing his jubilee.
