A 43-year-old black man died on June 30 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States, after being tackled to the ground by hotel security guards.
In a video filmed by a witness, the victim can be seen struggling and screaming “help” while four men hold her on the ground, asking her to “stay calm”.
One of them appears to hit her with an unidentified object, before saying, towards the camera: “This is what happens when you enter women’s toilet.”
“Dvontaye Mitchell, who was given first aid, was pronounced dead shortly after police arrived,” Milwaukee police told CNN.
