A seven-month-old girl died in central Britain, not far from Birmingham, after being bitten on the head by her parents’ pet dog, the BBC reported.
The events occurred in the afternoon, shortly after 3 p.m. “Together with our ambulance colleagues, we arrived within minutes,” local police said in a statement.
The baby was rushed to hospital, but could not be saved.
