Man killed his son and threw him into a bush

A 22-year-old man has been arrested for killing his two-year-old son in Berekum-Koraso, in the Berekum West district of Ghana’s Bono region.

“The suspect has tied the body in a sack and dumped it in a bush,” according to reports.

However, luck eluded him as some community members spotted him while dropping the sack and accosted him.

“The suspect was apprehended by community youth who wanted to lynch him, but Berekum district police intervened in time after being called,” said Adom News.

It is however not clear what pushed Kwame to kill his son.

The Police have since commenced an investigation into the incident.
