A 19-year-old woman has been arrested for fatally stabbing her neighbor’s son during a confrontation in the Ijegun area of Lagos State, Nigeria, according to reports.
The suspect stabbed the victim with a broken botle on his neck which caused him grievous bodily harm, according to the State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin.
The deceased gave up the ghost during an attempt to rush to a hospital for medical attention.
The incident has been confirmed by the State Police Public Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin.
“The corpse has been removed and deposited at Mainland General Hospital in Yaba for autopsy,” he stated.
The suspect had been arrested and detained and investigation is underway to uncover the incident’s circumstances.
