Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is expected in the UK on Wednesday, Downing Street confirmed in a statement released in the morning.
The Ukrainian leader will meet British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and address parliament.
He will also visit Ukrainian troops in training across the Channel.
“President Zelensky’s visit to the UK is a testament to his country’s courage, determination and struggle and a testament to the unwavering friendship between our two countries,” the statement said.
