Ghana’s cultural actors are mourning the death of veteran actor Ekow Blankson, who passed away, local media reported on Monday.
The cause of Ekow Blankson’s death is yet to be confirmed or made public.
The actor, who was also involved in other private companies, portrayed a variety of parts in films and television commercials.
He appeared in films such as Borga, Frozen Emotion, Savannah, In April, Checkmate, Illusions, A Woman Scorned, Pool Party, and Famous.
Hitz FM, an entertainment radio station, announced the news on its Twitter page.
Ekow Blankson has formerly worked for TV Africa, Media General Limited, and The Multimedia Group. He was the Managing Director of Brands and Corporate Communications at The Multimedia Group, as well as the General Manager of Luv FM and Nhyira FM.
