South Africa: arrest warrant for Nelson Mandela soon to be auctioned

A company will auction in the coming days a request for an arrest warrant issued against former South African President Nelson Mandela in 1961.

This major auction will be organized in Cape Town and online by Momint.

The person who will inquire about this arrest warrant will not have it in person, but virtually.

Bidding will open at 900,000 rand (more than around 50,000 euros) and the future buyer will receive a digital version of the document, as well as a form of unique title deed in the form of a “non-fungible token”.
